  • You may initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To request a return, please contact our customer support team at online.laughingkids@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for all serviceable pin codes via our logistics partner Shiprocket.
  • In rare cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable, customers may be requested to return the garments to us at their own cost. We will share the return address and further instructions in such cases.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the item appears to be worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.

If you have received:

  • A wrong product, or
  • An incomplete order (missing item),

You must share a mandatory unpacking video clearly showing the issue. This helps us resolve your concern quickly and fairly.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will require your bank account information to initiate the refund.
